Who We Are
The Experience Behind the Name
Holiday Industrial Solutions was founded by Robin Kind, a lifelong operator in the industrial cleaning space. Robin has personally led crews of 300+ people across multi-state operations, managed individual projects valued up to $7 million, and maintained a safety EMR rate of 0.73 — well below the industry standard. He holds a 40-hour OSHA certification and develops site-specific safety plans for every project.
That track record includes work inside plants operated by Ford, GM, Toyota, Hyundai, Stellantis (formerly Daimler-Chrysler), Rolls Royce, Pfizer, and DTE Energy — trusted at the OEM level. He's handled everything from paint booth cleaning during production retooling to full-scope plant decommissioning — the kind of complex, high-stakes work where experience is the difference between a smooth project and a costly one.
Robin has also authored cleaning procedural manuals and task duration studies for Toyota, trained UAW employees on paint system maintenance at GM, and built safety programs adopted across multiple facilities. That operational depth is the foundation Holiday Industrial Solutions is built on.
In 1992, Robin was featured on the cover of Entrepreneur Magazine for building Cleaning Contractors Inc. into a national operation with over 300 employees working across multiple states.
